Abstract

DreamWeaver is an AI-powered, gamified dream journaling and analysis platform designed to address poor adherence in therapeutic self-reflection. The system integrates AI-driven interpretation with interactive entertainment features to transform passive dream logging into an engaging, sustained practice. A 14-day field study with 147 participants demonstrated significantly improved retention (69.4%) and strong engagement–wellbeing associations, with high-engagement users showing substantially greater wellness improvements than low-engagement users.
